LONG Precision Swiss & CNC Machining was founded by a husband-and-wife team who share a commitment to building a precision manufacturing company grounded in faith, integrity, and meaningful relationships.
Our manufacturing leadership emphasizes disciplined processes, problem-solving, accountability, and developing people. That experience is complemented by extensive financial and administrative leadership, helping establish a business built on responsible stewardship, sound management, and respect for employees.
Our purpose is greater than producing precision components. We strive to build lasting relationships, create meaningful opportunities, strengthen American manufacturing, and honor God through the quality of our work and the way we treat others.

LONG Precision begins with a commitment to put God first. As husband-and-wife founders, Eric and Roselyn Long seek to honor Him through the work of the company, the decisions they make, and the way they treat others. They view leadership as a responsibility to serve and the business as an opportunity to steward the abilities, resources, and relationships entrusted to them.
Their complementary experience supports that purpose. Eric brings a background in manufacturing leadership, engineering, and continuous improvement, including 15 years with Toyota Material Handling and formal training in the Toyota Production System. Roselyn brings experience in accounting, finance, human resources, and business administration. Together, they apply those backgrounds to building disciplined operations, responsible financial practices, and a workplace where people are valued.
Their goal is to build a company that reflects Christ through integrity, humility, accountability, and care for others. At LONG Precision, that means serving customers faithfully, developing employees, honoring commitments, and pursuing excellence in everyday work—giving God the glory for what is accomplished.
